What Consteli is
A gratitude journal for iPhone. You write what you're grateful for; each gratitude becomes a star in a personal sky. It is an app for personal use — not a health service, and not a substitute for professional care.
By using Consteli, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What you need
An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. No account required.
Your content is yours
What you write and photograph belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, have no access to it, and cannot read any of it — your content stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy at consteli.com.
The corollary: if you lose your device or delete the app without exporting, we cannot recover your journal. There is no copy on any server. Export from time to time, in Settings.
What you shouldn't do
- Use the app for anything unlawful.
- Attempt to circumvent, decompile or alter how the app works.
- Redistribute the app as your own.
About wellbeing
Consteli is a personal writing tool. It offers no diagnosis, treatment or psychological advice. If you are in serious distress, please seek professional help or a crisis line in your country. In the US: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In the UK and Ireland: Samaritans, 116 123.
No warranties
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it will be free of faults or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of {{COUNTRY}}, {{COMPANY}} is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. This does not exclude rights granted to you by consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Purchases
Consteli is free. There is no limit on how many gratitudes you can write, and there will not be one. If paid features ever exist, they will be cosmetic, and any purchase is processed by Apple, subject to Apple's terms, with refunds handled through Apple's channels.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of {{COUNTRY}}.
