Your gratitude constellation

One good thing a day.

One line of gratitude a day becomes a point of light. Over time, the points draw your constellation.

01 · The practice

A small habit with a long reach.

Once a day, write one thing you are grateful for. A sentence is enough.

  • One entry a day. A sentence, a photo, or both.
  • No feed, no metrics, no audience.
  • A quiet record of what was good.
02 · Your constellation

Every day you show up, a star.

Each entry becomes a point. Days in a row draw lines between them. Months become shapes.

  • One entry a day. Text, a photo, or both.
  • Miss a day and your streak survives, once a week.
  • Entries stay on your phone. No account, nothing uploaded.

The first star is still there. It is one point among many now. That is what a constellation looks like.

03 · The Galaxy

Share your star with a worldwide community.

Offer an entry to the Galaxy and it joins gratitude from around the world.

  • No name, no profile, no way back to you.
  • No likes, comments, or followers.
  • Only what others were grateful for today.
04 · Evidence

A simple practice, and a well-studied one.

Gratitude journaling has been tested in controlled studies for over twenty years. The results are small, consistent, and real.

  • More good days

A weekly gratitude list left people more optimistic, with fewer physical complaints and more exercise.

    Emmons & McCullough, 2003
  • Effects that last

Three good things a day for one week raised well-being. Still measurable six months later.

    Seligman et al., 2005
  • Better sleep

Grateful people sleep better, mostly because of what they think about before sleep.

    Wood et al., 2009

We are not promising a new life. We are promising a good minute every day.

05 · From the founder

Why I am building this.

I started writing one good thing a day a few years ago, without expecting much. It changed how I see my days. Consteli is my way of passing that on: built by one person, and asking for one minute a day.
